Public Works
The city of Bayard Public Works Department includes the Water, Wastewater, Electric, Street and Trash departments. The Utilities Superintendent is a mayor appointed position. The utility Techs are hired by and report to the Utilities Superintendent.
The Public Works Department is responsible for all public works operations of the City, including the operation and maintenance of the water, wastewater, storm water, electric, and street infrastructure.
