Winter Hours:
Monday - Friday 12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
The Library Board consists of five members, appointed by the Mayor and City Council for a four-year term. Members of the Library Board must be owners of or tenants in real property in the City of Bayard and be qualified electors of the City.
The purpose of the Library Board is to oversee operations of th Bayard Public Library, including the general charge of the libraty and to establish appropriate rules and regulations for the management, operations, and use of the Library.
The Library Board meets monthly (the first Friday of the month) at 12:30 p.m. in the Bayard Public Library at 509 Avenue A.

The program begins with registration starting May 20th at 11:30 AM and continues to the end of July. Everyone who completes the program will be invited to MAKE A SPLASH at the pool party.
There will be special rewards for all those that meet the point goals in the summer AR testing program.
