Families enrolling 3 or more players recieve a
Family Discount of $5/child off Total Registration
Due by March 21, 2011
$40 for:
Major (ages 11-13 as of 4/30/10; includes shirt and hat)
Minor (ages 9-10 as of 4/30/10; includes shirt and hat)
Rookie (ages 7-8 as of 4/30/10; includes shirt and hat)
$30 for:
T-Ball (Girls and Boys combined - ages 5-6 as of 4/30/10; includes shirt and hat)
No registration refund will be granted after registration is received.

or the Bayard City Office
Your registration fee includes insurance protection.
