In October Water and Sewer Rates were increased slightly. These rates have had to be steadily increased due to the increases in running the water treatment plant and the repairs that have taken place. View these new rates in the PDF below.

Also, starting January 1, 2026 there will be a new garbage contractor and this has come with increases to garbage rates. We are looking forward to working with Don's Services on our garbage pickup service. Rates are below in the PDF.
