Notice is hereby given that the council meeting of the Mayor and Council of the City of Bayard, Nebraska scheduled to be held at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, in the Council Chambers, in Bayard, Nebraska, 445 Main Street is CANCELED, due to a lack of a quorum.
This meeting has been tentatively rescheduled for 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, Council Chambers, in Bayard, Nebraska, 445 Main Street. An agenda for such meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk of Bayard, Nebraska, but the agenda may be modified at such meeting if the Council determines that an emergency so requires.
